      No. You may place an order as a guest. However, if you sign up for an account, you can review and track purchases from your account. 

      Click Log In (upper right-hand corner of any page). On the Log In page, click on the “Forgot your password” link and we will email you instructions to reset your password.  

      All orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 3-8 business days from the day you place the order. Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking information. All orders are shipped with USA Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) or USA Express Shipping (3-4 business days).

      Shipping rates are as follows:

       

      USA Standard Shipping (5 to 8 business days) costs $5.95   

       

      USA Express Shipping (3 to 4 business days) costs $14.95      

      Upon completing a checkout, you'll be taken to an order confirmation page. On this page, click 'Download Shop to track package'. Scan the code with your phone’s camera or click 'send a link to your phone' to track your package with the Shop app. You will also receive an email order confirmation.

      • Put your item back into its original packaging or in a waterproof and sealable package with tags. If you are unable to send the original packing slip, be sure to include your name, address, and order number on a piece of paper with your return. 
      • Enter your email address or phone number and order number at https://adorastar.com/returns. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
      • You will receive an email confirmation once we receive your returned item.

      In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customercare@adorastar.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Please return item(s) within 30 days of receipt.

      Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of you dropping your parcel off at your local post office. Your refund will go back to the payment method you used when placing your order. To ensure that you receive your refund as soon as possible, please see our Return Policy.

      If you have not been refunded after 10 business days of returning the item, please contact us at customercare@adorastar.com. 

      Discount/promo codes can only be applied at checkout.  

      If you are having problems redeeming your discount, please make sure that you:

      • Only use one discount code per order
      • Use a promo code that has not expired
      • Select an item that is a part of the discount offer
      • Choose the correct delivery method for the promo to work

      If the item that you want is out of stock, click the 'Email Me' button. We will send you an email once the product becomes available.  

      If your order is wrong, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your name, email address, and phone number. In the message box, you'll need to include the product description and order number. We will be happy to assist you in getting the item(s) of your choice.
